Large holiday homes in very nice nature, everything in good condition. Breakfast or half board were possible but we didn't make use of as each house provides a well-equipped kitchen. Guests 75 % NL, 10 % D, the rest of F,B,PL about same interests. The share of NL was safe during our stay especially high because in the middle Elburg "Botterdagen" and then "Schapenmarkt in Oldebrök' and the abroad rather less known is. You should data (always just before the 17.09 .) quiet notice both events are worth a visit!

We had booked a family home. It had 120mq on two floors. Upstairs there were 2 rooms and a small bathroom with shower. One of them was as children's room equipped with toys and a bunk bed which we didn't use because our great not even 2 years old. The other room we used together with our small (9 months). We had a 6 -person-Kinderferienhaus, what with 120mq the brochure indicated that was. The decor is very basic, but adequate. In the games room for the children are also a range of toys (box of bricks, puzzles, Spielewürfel, whiteboard + chalk, etc. ) READY. The houses are very nice and large enough. The decor in the rooms is basic but ok. The only bad thing is the cleanliness. It's clean superficially if you closer look, the windows are dirty, there are many cobwebs on the lights and the walls and the associated spiders are also amply available.
As already described above, size, ok facilities. Cleanness bad.
