I was in September with friends by the Kulkwitzer lake, and we had a really nice weekend. The lake is located just outside the city and a short tram offloaded about half an hour to get to the city. We had a full Schwedenhaus ( was rented except for a oven everything you need to live, but who bakes already in the holiday) and the view from the terrace to the water is really a dream. Right on the lakes, this resort - also ideal for divers. Variety of sports possibilities (diving, water skiing, etc. ) and other activities (for example high ropes course) highly recommend. Very friendly staff, the great service. Only 20 minutes by public transport to the center of Leipzig. Read more
