Location is situated right on the beach, good restaurant in the area, was very quiet Lubmin, if you like nightlife was wrong here. If you like space on the beach but this is the place for you. Lubmin is a seaside resort not as nice as, for example, boltenhagen. Everything was a bit smaller and less glamorous, but it was just its Charme. Nearby there is so much to do: usedom, old man forest, Rugen are easily reached by car. We are a lot with the bike ride. There are great biking trails or routes but should be better marked. Read more

Bright, modern furnished condo right on the wide sandy beach outside oppositely! Two large rooms, large bathroom, balcony with a view of the sea.
Kitchenette with refrigerator, freezer, creamic stove, oven, toaster, coffee maker, kettle and even dishwasher.
large tv, sofa and bed was very comfortable! Everything was very well-kept, new and clean!

The holiday resort is an apartment complex located directly on the sea. From the balcony view of the sea.
The apartment was very well equipped. Kitchenette with everything that belonged to it. A separate bedroom and in the living room can sleep. The bathroom was very large and very clean.
In the basement there is a restaurant, the owner of the property is held, where the reception is.
The price/performance ratio is absolutely top. Every apartment has a private car park on the premises.

We have never seen such a nice, relaxing holiday. It started with the keys to, the was sent to us before the trip. At arrival a welcome champagne, and a small present for the children. As in the hotel.
The location is wonderful, quiet, in the old district of baabe, but still centrally located, since the train near a stop. But also within walking distance is the business Center and the beach through the forest to reach (about ten minutes away).
