After several years rentals and change of ownership shows significant Aufbesserungsbedarf this condo. compared to similar condominiums is especially the amenities this condo anymore. The decor is colorful messed up after a change of ownership furnished ( designs and materials). Erneuerungsbedarf was postponed cost reasons. reviews: No reinigungsreundliches glass-ceramic hob in the fitted kitchen ( who wants to cook as today not on hotplates? ), The dishwasher is dated (no savings program, Ökoprogramm), the sofa set is geringwertig and hygie...
