I spend in this hotel 2 lovely weeks, where the view was breathtaking, beautiful gardens with so many flovers smells very nice. Romantic view with so many palms and very clean beach. Two hotels standing next to each other makes a clients to have a comfort using so many pool bars, bars, snack bars, restaurants ect. The Hotel is well situated close to the beach and far enough away from the main town of Hurghada. It is clean and well laid out, with an indoor bar and outdoor bar with several pool bars. The room was large clean and adequate with a mini fridge and hairdryer patio oors onto balcony looking over pool area with sea view. The bathroom was clean but very tired. From eight to 20 December we have our vacation hotel festival Riviera celebrated in, it was a great holiday. A lot of painting in egypte former but this was surely the best hotel, very friendly, safe shery, manager of the hotel, they gave us a fantastic time given. Many thanks to Darfur. The entertainment if you stay in the festival side is completely non existent but we were not bothered by this as we have 2 young children who had to be in bed early anyway, the weather was amazing and the pool area was our favourite place as well as the beach and sea area, Overall it was a good holiday made by the superb staff, would i return? probably not but i would definately recommend it if they can sort out the dining room situation. - in April 10

The hygiene leaves alot to be desired ie dirty plates glasses cuttlery cups rinsed under tap and reused, food undescribable if you like dates then double check for maggots, both lost half a stone in weight via food poisoning, hotel set up for russians polish and eastern europeans !

The best night out was the shop & rock trip, even tho the coach broke down on the way, we made it and had our only decent meal in the Hard Rock Cafe in Hurghada!

The grounds look fantastic and there are plenty of sun loungers to use, but you have to be up early to get one by the pool as they are like gold dust! - in May 10

We had a very relaxing and enjoyable holiday, just what we both needed The staff were all very friendly and helpful, nothing was ever too much trouble The pool areas were great with lots of space, loved the camel taxis??? Good food was served every day. - in June 10
The reception were great pool areas kept clean towels clean and the beach is lovely (not just for diving) the nighttime entertaiment i did not see as i just went for a chill out i did mention in my customer survey that drinks need to be poured better i had a laugh with the night waiters and poined this out to them.

the pools are great and the beach is decent enough for the price we paid for the holiday i feel guilty for making any complaints, the value for money is very good, however in future i would save up and visit somewhere in a better location offering decent food and drink which wouldnt leave me stuck in bed on antibiotics for 6 days as festival riviera did! - in June 10

There are 4 pools on site a baby pool and family pool an adults only pool and a sea water pool on the beach.

The pools are not cleaned and you cant see you feet in the water because it is that dirty.
