I was at the hotel from the 17 April for the following 14 nights.First i would like to say that the travel agents did not inform me that not many English people use the hotel but saying that you find the other English people very engish. The food was not bad it must be difficult to cater for so many countries. The pool area was very clean including the pool and the staff that work in that area. What a fantastic holiday. The staff are fantastic. Haitam on reception was always there to help and yaseer the bar man in main lobby was amazing. He knew are names from day one and made us feel extra special. Russians are a pain but we just people watched and laughed! Would recommend to anyone for holiday! Only thing i would change are the sales reps walking round the complex.... They become annoying especially when you have said no 9 times. Overall the hotel was.great and the staff amazing. The hotel is although already getting old is however durchweckt clean and tidy.
The staff are always friendly and tried it a as pleasant as possible, all speak except Russian, English and sometimes also German.
The food especially in the à la carte restaurant is excellent.

Most of the day you will find that people come round to try and sell you their services, Scuba diving, camel rides, massage in the hotel, but if you just say No then they go away, we did indulge in their spa evening, and an additional massage I have to say for the approx 75 pounds we paid for , use of the sauna, steam, body scrub, full body mud mask, shower, jacuzzi, full body massage, then a second session a couple of days later, steam, jacuzzi, full body massage, as a fully wualified Massage Therapist, I have to say that this was possibly the best massage I have ever received, simply AMAZING.

The air conditioning in the room smelled like diesel or heating oil, the room was cleaned every day, and the toilet paper was in short supply in nearly 14 days of failure in my opinion on the Food and the cleanliness of the pools was, the beach was concreted and 15 minutes time in the water to swim, there were no fish, so if you want to go snorkeling should book.
