If you are looking for absolute rest and relaxation from the hustle and bustle is right at home here. The place is their ability to communicate in other languages (in both directions) about 8 kilometer from the nearest town. We chose the hotel based on the reviews of other guests and plus we were very satisfied. The area and the rooms are very tastefully decorated and equipped with every comfort. The rooms (we had a terrace) are spacious and well-equipped (excellent WIFI), but we would have preferred a double bed instead of two singles pushed together - that was our only reservation about our stay.

If you're looking for a quiet, beautiful place in the mountains with nothing much to do than enjoy the stunning views, read all the books you never get to read back home, taking a long siesta, swimming in the (small) infinity pool and just listen to the sheep bells in the starry night - this is the place!

The standard room had character and had a modern tiled shower and batchroom but it lacked a little natural light (this is a converted Finca after all with old fashiomned windows in some rooms) and there was some noise from the updstairs room as people walked around on tiled floors, but we had been spoilt with the superior room. - in June 10

The only advice I would give is to go with a like minded person - either go to totally chill in the beautiful surroundings or go to be active with both hiking and cycling big in this area, or to use as a base for touring the island.

The infinity pool is small but perfectly formed (and you should know that the website does not do the hotel or its surrounds justice - it's much more chic), the gardens are immaculately pretty and you won't see more than a couple of other guests, even when the hotel is full.
