On arrival we had to first a person search, reluctantly we were received, we had the feeling to disturb!
The room was despite 14 hours not ready and we had to the 3 suitcase in the third floor drag.
The half board was a debacle, the food under all imagination the salad buffet was very spärlcih and who not to point 18 o'clock there got only the leftovers, on my request to 18 Uhr15, whether still salad exercising has said more does not exist.

comfortable, warm room, excellent kitchen, ski bus directly in front of the hotel, very clean.
Unfortunately the room with the balcony paid, but the room without a balcony get.
Room was always clean, the staff were friendly.
