We were already the second time in Gloria palace and find it great. The service is still good. You can very good relaxation, for example in the pool or on the wonderful outdoor area of the hotel. But also abreact you can, in the fitness room or animation the daily take place. For young guests there is a mini club and several entertainers the well the children care. :-) this year is the hotel newly renovated, what it actually not at all needs. We were very positively from this hotel surprised! Zwat we had because of the information and pictures in the internet already some ideas, however these are in many areas been exceeded. Particularly positive it must be stressed :
1. The very friendly and accommodating staff ( was already sometimes for us a bit too much)
2. The very varied and extensive food (it was really impressive!)
3. The peaceful atmosphere, in spite of the large hotels ( no loud music, the a direclty )

The Gloria Palace in San Agustin with a prominent hillside is a world for itself! With such a size are initially Concerns about noise and quality of service. But we were thrilled. A great food over the entire Angebotszeit -without drawbacks. The hotel staff throughout very friendly and competent. From the balcony our room on the sixth floor we had a fantastic view of San Agustin and the sea.
