The Christmas market to Eisenach in the sophienhotel travelled as the location of the hotel is very good. We were already in a göbels hotel and it is a good hotel group which was further recommendable. We had half board and were served in the evening with menu choice. The quality of the food is high. Former for our taste the breakfast was missing it anywhere. Sunday champagne. The Christmas market on the Wartburg is nice, you can come by bus from the karlsplatz there. Good hotel, but with some limitations through a questionnaire but not get. One of two windows were broken and did not open, the exhaust fan in the bathroom didn't work and the water was scalding hot and without thermostat. Watch out: our first room should be developed attic with eight sqm, skylight in the ceiling without the possibility for window. We declined, but we got immediately replacement. Con?
