Golden Tulip Hotel Frankfurt Offenbach

We chose this hotel as part of fly and sleep and have our car during the stay in Spain in the hotel car park. The hotel is a high rise in commercial area with good road access. The building is not particularly attractive. When we checked in we had no problems, the staff at the front desk was as expected and usual fast and friendly. The rooms are old, dingy and not clean. The hotel is a bit old and worn and Charme has and style, the you know from the old Derrick films, that is typical seventies. Our balcony had a bullet hole (it looked at least as from). The cleanliness wasn't't optimal, but just about acceptable. The food in the restaurant was not outstanding, especially the selection was minimal. The hotel is right on the Main, if you're lucky with views of the sea, in the Main and Mainhatten each morning. The rooms are large and clean. The carpets are a bit older, it shows. The parking garage was unfortunately completely filled, but we were able to park in the neighborhood parking. To the nearest subway station about 10 minutes walk. ( Directly with the Hyndai dealer). We chose the Golden Tulip Offenbach for a Park, Sleep and Fly. When we got there, and we had to justify, why we were actually as and not at the night wanted to take in the holiday good los. The lady at the front desk and we should be around complained and the course so don't call and you know also not if you get a transfer to the airport would have put so unusual. We spent three days in Frankfurt and booked a room at this hotel because we were traveling with two children and this reasonably priced with us. We had a nice room for the four of us (very large, a nice bathrooms with natural light and complete with a balcony) on the 15th floor with a great view of the main ( also beautiful walking) and Offenbach. Through this height it was very quiet and our children loved it with this view of the small cars!!! The room was cleaned every day and there were no complaints.
