A good hotel, but in the 'middle of nowhere' nothing, by RSD justified with-they have anyway 3 excursions booked and are not often in the hotel. Would not again go, too far away from Dubai distant, to next beach by bus half an hour, you had to before log on, when the bus was full we had bad luck. Read more

The hotel is run as a five stars hotel, this is probably the assessment 20 years ago. The complex the complete reorganization and upgrading of technical equipment. The air conditioning system on the roof is in the fourth and fifth floor at night annoying. The cooked food tasted good, but the food from the second day hohlt. You can call this hotel from the situation as the 'Alcatraz' of Ras al Kaimah. It is really nothing to experience. For a wellness hotel the spa area was as well as the House dated. The fitness room the gentlemen was by a water damage so damaged, that ran to the laminate waves devices to arrive. The pool could use the fly plague hardly. The service staff was friendly, but only to clearing up and trained. The new year's Eve veered to the service-fiasco. The management of the hotel is hardly appeared, does not walk but everything. Hotel is shown as a 5 star, was perhaps 20 years ago sunday Al tiled pool, slide (standard 1980) only. Sauna, fitness room available seat. Due to the budget prices the average hotel guest was not the type client that would frequent a spa, natural spring or hydro pool which meant a lot of the guest got in the water with clothes and all.

Very Bad Service, we have requested to clean our room when we left at 10:30AM, then when we went back to holel at 15:15 the room was not touched even, no mini bar, telephone system is old and noisy, refrigerator is not working, etc. - in November 10

So many kids (was like a jungle) that ruined our wedding anniversary, bad food, we couldn't enjoy spa and pool because of the amount of kids around, they have a balcony but it's not private to sit on, like almost all neighbors can see you/ you can see them, hotel is so small an there is nothing to do even outside.
