Hotel is easily easy to reach on foot or in a few minutes by bus. Central located and beautiful view. Unfortunately very loud. The bathroom was very unfriendly for showering or bathing, because it was very cold. Heating does not do much! Spar light in the house I find very dangerous, as workers! On the whole but nice solid hotel for short break. Christmas market but it was very nice! Foreign languages are needed, because not everyone can speak English or French! Think you should speak German. But it was nice despite the bad weather ☺ Read more

The hotel is old. The rooms are very old. The view is great. The food was not four stars. Maximum two stars. The staff can only speak English, if at all. Is absolutely bad. The aperitif you get no cheese or cold cuts plate. In principle I would never pay the full price for this hotel. The reduced price of Swiss franc 245:00 justified up. But certainly not more. The gourmet menu has us at all did not taste good at all. Was not a gourmet dinner. The hotel has every evening a menu without selection. The service was quickly between the courses. Four course meal in 50 minutes eaten! The exchange rate euro/CHF is false, in terms of total 1.0320. 1.17 would be a fair rate. Foreigners pay too much for the room about 15%. The waiters were ready with specious and response to my complaint. The hotel is beautifully situated on the lake. Broken suns gates should be replaced. Read more

Fantastic location. We had a very nice room with a balcony and view of the lake and the Alps. The beautiful terrace from general you can enjoy a splendid view over the lake and the Alps. Elegant hotel where all comfort, a nice atmosphere of the place. Very friendly service and excellent food. From the centre of Montreux also along the beautiful (paved) in about 20 minutes to Promenade walking distance. Read more
