i should just like to speak briefly, so what the theama friendliness, I can only say none... It is a good morning or good evening to be, as well as just to be nice... Unfortunately, this was in this hotel, no staff to be heard. The chef, I would like to congratulate him, the chef/cook,, the mood... Tasted great... Unfortunately, however, the breakfast buffet was very small, and poor equipped, no choice, and not appealing prepared. For a three star hotel there is the daily the room, and the beds to be made, this was only every two days. The friendliness of the staff was missing unfortunately, it gave us the feeling, as if you don't want to work. We had booked half board, but unfortunately there was no menu, probes the service staff, babbled something there, the food we got, was the food, in the normal menu did. two-day extension of our Skiurlaubes in Interlaken-we chose aware no city and the bill has risen: instead of this tourist metropolis (many Japanese and Americans, shops/Hotels either extremely expensive or kitsch/backpacker) we have chosen to stay 2-3 kilometer outside the Neuhaus: right on the lake of Thun, free parking and map of the guests (2x hourly bus service to Interlaken and surroundings, excellent urban public transportation) on the way. Lovely quiet typical swiss hotel by lakeside. Ideal for day trips and sightseeing. Exceptionally clean and Beautiful food with varied and well balanced menu. Exceptionally friendly and helpful staff. Couldn't fault the hotel and thouroughly enjoyed my stay . I hope to return. Read more
