The hotel Turquesa Playa hotel I can not recommend it. I booked it because of the gym studios and animation for children, both the beach is selected. Unfortunately the entertainment for children only at the end our vacation at ( in spite of the Spring break!) and one allowed with absolutely not, my en-year old son with the gym to take, since the access only from 16 was permitted. The strong sweating guests, all without towel trained, rail whereas the hotel management not to disturb.

We inhabited an apartment with extra bed in the living room, very poor mattress and not changed was. The Schlafzimmermatratzen were very worn. The pay Wi-Fi (20 euros for 1 week) worked not always. Especially worth mentioning the friendliness in the restaurant and the maid service. Read more

So for the undemanding and for a short vacation it was OK but we are better accustomed for 4 stars and within Tenerife.

The negative reviews of the food (with me half board) I can't understand you, or confirm for you. Whether something seasoned is, is a matter of taste. Spice was always. To spiced food neutralize there is already annoying. The cleanliness was good. Stockflecke in the bathroom there was not (more) the vulnerable places were freshly spread.

The hotel lies book to the beach and the bus station. We were satisfied with everything, good bathroom( shower), separate toilet and good mattresses! Unfortunately the hotel is somewhat badly soundproofed.
