The hotel is in the renovated upper floors and in the breakfast area rather a 4 star hotel.
We had however a shabby, dirty room on the third floor with a view of the street of the hotel. The windows were leaky. Thus it was very loud and Taubenexkremente were on the floor. The Blind was broken and could not let down will, which the room heated and at night you could the room not darken ( street lamps). The room ( carpet, bed, Walls) was worn. The hotel is situated in the middle of center ( Massena Square)... Next door is the • shopping area avenue Jean médecin
In the hotel there is a roof pool for use with wonderful views over nice!
We only booked with breakfast, but the food was very good!
It is directly next to the hotel a tram, and the station is opposite the hotel.
In the evening you can enjoy a cocktail by the 'le seven blue bar' get! The are very good and since the bar on the last floor is a dreamlike view of the city.

The hotel is perfectly fine for France. The value is however as you expect in France not balanced. However the staff are very friendly, especially if you with tips (not too high) works. The hotel was located directly on a fountain ( Tip: room at the front of the hotel - it is somewhat louder, but will take a nice view). Also the hotel is directly to bus and tram station.
