Hotel very large and right in the rocks built, the rooms all have direct view of the see. The hotel is very clean, we had half board. The guests were predominantly Italians.
Rooms were rather small, the part in the box for shirts and sweaters for 1 person would be right, can you not take much or in your suitcase. Mini bar was okay but is not cheap.

We were middle September for a short beach holiday in hotel Bernardin and this really enjoyed it. It was still very hot, we have the wellness area not used but inspected. Fitness room with new devices, sauna, steam room, showers, small but very nice indoor swimming pool and beauty treatments of all kinds. Breakfast and dinner buffet with a very large selection of different warm dishes and salads, spreads and so on lots of fresh fruit and delicious dessert. Was in the course of a meeting here and can recommend the hotel to everyone.
I could only evaluate it in my opinion, not as a tourist, the holiday here.

The inside of the hotel is pretty nice - but 5 * see a little different.
Quite OK. There was everything available. The bathrooms are well equipped. Bathrobes, hair dryer, shower gel, shampoo, Körperlotion, ..... It is very clean in the rooms and bathrooms.
The staff was very friendly. Foreign language skills ok. The room cleaning was very thorough. But fits linking the individual departments at all.

The room was filthy, the shower moldy, the single chair in our double room broke the first time someone sat in it. We stayed 9 nights and the sheets were not changed a single time. The food varied between poor and acceptable, anything leftover was served again the next day. The staff was extremely unpleasant. Any complaints were ignored, even a blocked hall door, preventing us from accessing our room or others from leaving, was not opened, frustrated (and very strong) guests finally wrenched it open after about 45 minutes.
