The hotel in general
The Grand Hotel Pomorie can not be regarded as a typical Beach Hotel. Our product is unique, because it represents a combination out of Balneo-, SPA- and Wellness, which can be practised due to the best equipments and the dispensable nature. (The World-known Liman-Mud with its healing features)

Hotel location
The hotel is located between the Black Sea and the salty Lake of Pomorie. It represents a perfect combination between a hotel complex, a healing-, rehabilitation- and spa centre, a football stadion and a house full of pleasure.

Gastronomy in the hotel
It's upon our guests to choose between the main restaurant, the summer terrace, the restaurant for healthy diet, the barbecue restaurant, the lobby bar, the sky bar (with 2 jacuzzis), the Meditarranean and the Oriental restaurant.

You can recommend this hotel with a clear conscience, as well as the time passes as in the flight. The hotel offered very much applications and also the pool area was very extensive. There is also a large salt water swimming pool and several Jacuzzis. The rooms are really to feel safe, computer, tv kettle with tea and coffee were daily filled up. Mostly the food is strongly neglected. The food is very low, in the evening too expensive. The staff untrained, bored and inefficient. The cleanliness at the buffet and was very poor. The quality of the food and drinks was maximum 3 star level. The hotelbar were totally overtaxed, that buffet or to keep them clean. The rooms were daily all towels were changed, cleaned but nothing more. Once in five days of the soil is cleaned. The high-quality bedspreads just stayed on the floor. 5 Stenren you'd expect for a turn-down-service. Read more

A very nice and well-kept hotel with a great spa area. Unfortunately, there was only one lady at the front desk, which were really good German. This worked for example the billiards, which was contained in the all inclusive. The other " friendly " front-desk attendants worked the not so good, as you about 4 €per hour suddenly. Be it therefore, everything was fine as far as :-)! If you like the Russian language learning would this hotel is a good choice. This hotel has managed to even still better to be. If you look at the reviews from last year, it was great, but this time you have more effort and it worked. Most of the staff speaks now even German, last year barely. The food was still better and you can eat until the evening 23,30 at the buffet. The lunch menu is very versatile. The whole hotel is very elaborate and left no wishes unfulfilled. The Spa area was very good and there are for young and old a lot for the money.
