The bathroom could be better lit, it is just too dark. Otherwise you laugh Deceived morning, the entertainers always on duty and transmit good mood. The friendliness of the entire staff was exemplary, and amazing. We, a group of 8 women year olds happy to recommend this hotel, young and old, family or Solo travellers everyone could enjoy himself. The hotel has 12 floors. It is advertised as a 4 star hotel, which it is not deserved. It is located right on the sea front, only separated by a beach promenade. The rooms are clean, but unfortunately also with a lot of flaws for example. Large cracks on the wall, broken curtains, stains on the carpet, broken substance on the couch. The friendliness of the staff at the front desk left a lot to be desired. You couldn't handle with complaints. The water in the shower was in the time from 18 to 20 hours in principle not cold or walked on the 12th floor. The ceiling tiles in the bathroom were filthy, the shower stall leaky, the air-con was noisy. What I really liked is beach and the weather! Where do I start ... Personal/Service/Rezeption ... There was no foreign language skills, they were all unfriendly and null Bock setting. Pool ... For about 500 guests way too small, and the water wasn't very clean! At 6am were no sun loungers. Freizeitangebot/Animation ... none, no music at the pool or in the evening, was really boring.
