A proposal for improvement would be in the toilets instead of toilet paper to dry your hands, the existing container to fill with paper towels. The second time we have stayed at the grand Hotel. The hotel area was still very well maintained. The rooms are large, nicely installed and have a fantastic view. The service was really great last year and has still increased all. Furthermore, it was really very nice we were greeted so warmly and even from the one or other recognized. On our trip this hotel was by far the worst in every way. Cleanliness is the most important thing for us! Unfortunately this hotel was filthy and stained. We were glad, that we only had to spend a night. Very beautiful and well-kept hotel. As had all inclusive and the food was really very good and diverse. Evenings there was always something offered for both young, as well as for old. To diving or snorkeling is really a dream. We have also several excursions and were under other also in Cairo and the pyramids. Would again at any time go there. Read more
