The hotel is located in a very central location directly in a side street to the leopoldstrasse. Garage parking is available in the tight Parking need. Unfortunately, you had to pay extra.- the room is quite simple equipped. However, it is all available and clean. Only in the entrance area were strong scrapesand dirt marks on the wall. Read more

We had a 'business room' admittedly fairTimes, although on Saturday Sunday but booked. For the euro, we are now much 165.00 better stayed. The room in the fifth floor was quite small. Next to the bed was not much space. It was quite functional equipped, Bed, 1 chair, sideboard, luggage rack, closet.
The bathroom was medium sized and the room only separated by a sliding door, but'odors'... Not at all deterring. Shower with shower curtain. Hot water first after about five minutes. Only the cheapest toilet paper. The cleanliness and friendlines... Read more

We had booked a suite on the sixth floor. The size of room was adequate, but the term suite was certainly be a slight exaggeration. There was a seat opportunity (chair at the desk). Unfortunately we could not use due to the weather, the roof terrace not, which is certainly a big plus of the room was. All in all, a highly recommended hotel in a nice area with lots of Schwabinger shoppingand their possibilities. The hotel offers a parking garage, the parking was unnecessary. Read more

I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel!
The location is just great.
This hotel is the available space limited the great but that is really all very good used and it just a equipped is. Not too cold and not too old-fashioned. They make you feel very good hands in front of us as soon as you the front desk see you're satisfied and looked forward to the room. The rooms are small but very good and the bathroom is in proportion see spacious. However, it is not a hotel to stay in the hotel and holiday to get into the room but is nice.
