Hotel location
We are beach front resort. We are located on HaadLad (Salad Beach) the north west of Ko Phangan. Just 15 mintues from Thong-Sa-La Pier( Main pier of this Island). We are not in the party zone, so you can have a real relaxing here. The mini mart , bar , shops , local restaurants are avaliable with-in 5 minnutes walk.

The supposedly'modern Resort' was not a 3-4 star area- at best 1 or more along the lines of a youth hostel to comparisons, the breakfast and the whole service of staff concerned. The selection at breakfast was very limited, the table on which the food was full of dirt (both under, as well as behind the table). Every morning you had to ask for, the table, at which one wanted breakfasts, once wiped it was, as the dirt from the previous day was yet. The plates and the cutlery were dirty.

So if you know where it goes, then one should expect also no full service and care. Certainly not at this price. The price/distance weighing and the rest follows. We wanted peace, beach proximity, cleanliness and the whole way so far away and cheap. All requests were more than fulfilled. The people at phangan are super, super nice and I mean all. If you look at the wooden villa on the outside you saw the army of ants going their way on the building (ok I understand that this is nature there but at least hotel could prevent them to go inside this expensive villa).

This private Villas were actually double room facilities for two couples and not for private placement like they are explaining on their website but ok that is not so terrible Jacuzzi on the terrace was totally disused and was not in use for a long time.
