The location is not top, the service is very good, five stars fair. My husband had on the day of arrival birthday and shortly after the check-in was a waiter with a birthday cake to our room. The hotel is ideal, especially since the opening hours of the sauna (separate for men and women, very British) and between 6:00 and 23:00 pool o'clock are perfect. Hotel is not for those HH-visitors to beatable location! In the middle of the shops, a few meters from the Alster away inside, busy Luxusgegend. Got from the very friendly receptionist accommodated an upgrade to a suite in dance hall size.
