The rooms are small, ungelüftet, the bathroom musty. There is no elevator, you have to carry your luggage to the upper level carry alone. The breakfast is very spartan. The staff didn't feel responsible. We left after one night in a better hotel in Tartu gewechsetl, of which there are many. Read more
