I found most of the staff pleasant,but one girl on reception could do with a course in customer service,very rude and unpleasant. - in January 11
Bar was pleasant and quiet, staff were pleasant and when my daughter asked for a j20 a drink the hotel do not stock the bar staff offered to mix one for her using fruit juices, which my daughter said was a really nice drink.
