Heartland Hotel Cotswold

Last stop of our new Zealand-car. Stay 1 night. The rooms in two-story, small Without individual lift in the hotel grounds with park. The room was huge, but only scant furnished. We have delicious in the evening eaten the Japanese restaurant two doors down. The hotel is located in a quiet area at the city edge of Christchurch. Directly in front of the hotel there is a bus station. Part of the city center from Christchurch is because of the earthquake completely removed and locked. Also we were to start our trip ended up at this hotel. Actually we had another, close to the airport. The was but with the staff because of the earthquake full, so we had to change. For a night it was OK. We could rest after an exhausting flight the us well. However, we had to knock several times at the wall, since we are neighbours redselige and seem to be very loud people. On our new zealand trip was our first stop and this 36 hours on the morning it was a welcome place to sleep. What us liked: very rustic look, but with style! The room was huge and the bed was super! Breakfast was with $15, -for a contental breakfast at the lower end of the price range in new zealand and had still a good choice. The location is OK, the city centre is easy to walk to reach.
