During a training in Stuttgart, I was told by the travel agent in this hotel building. Must say that I had a very booking, after reading all the bad reviews here. I could change it but not and I could not get another hotel, so it is we could have stayed longer. On the whole the hetzel is not bad, actually even good... It was the little things a start, too many stairs, everything was so tight, the hallways, not really suitable for the disabled, all edges, the doors (also fire doors) are condemned heavily, with suitcases partly really a proble... Although I had requested a quiet non-smoking room, I got a room facing a very noisy street. I could only sleep with the windows closed. In the hallway smelled of smoke. The bathroom was microscopic. Except for a hair dryer and soap were there no hygiene-Article (four stars?). Since there were no towel bars or hooks were available, the towels had not completely clean heating of the beach was extremely impressive. Magazines, coffee station, free Wi-Fi was non-existent. The bathroom was not cleaned daily. I had three days long hair on the tiles. Some days it took a long time until the water in the shower was warm. On the mirror in the room was the whole week on a great spot, has not been cleaned of, only when it was complained. It was in the shelf Bettkante thick dust on the. The hotel staff are very friendly and attentive. The rooms are not very large, but perfectly adequate and clean. If you have long hair from his hair dryer to bring home.
