This hotel I was very surprised. Relatively small from the outside, but it has quite a few rooms. The equipment was good, very clean, even if some of the carpets are a bit old. Service is perfect (super), breakfast is well... English... Depending on how you like it. Right next door there is a bar/restaurant (food was good). There is no pool or fitness room, you can visit but the near university located. Otherwise the environment-it was Southampton-not very much. The pub (along Portsmouth street) hobbit is highly recommended. Read more

The Highfield is about 4 km from the center, but right around the corner are bus stops. parking lots are available. The check inn was super friendly, very helpful. We were 1 hour earlier but no problems. The room was very modern and clean. The breakfast was adequate, but in the form of a buffet. Transportation is good. We always come back. Read more
