The cleanliness is really bad! So you could not a hotel down economies.
The location is good: very central nearby the main station in tale location. The house (from the outside) is nice, but the interior fittings ur-old and run-down. This would not have to deal with, it should have been but clean. But it was not! Neither the 'bathroom' still the rooms were clean! And we do not believe, that we have a cotton ball to impossible places wiped dry would have, but we believe the obvious reason cleanliness of the room and the common areas.

We were three couples four nights in the guest house Hoffmann. All were with the rooms, the service and the breakfast absolutely satisfied. The breakfast is okay. Sufficient and various cold cuts, cheese and jam. Eggs, fresh rolls, fruit...
Friday is bar-B-queue. Also very tidy-including through the beautiful garden and the spacious and bright winter garden.
The restaurants in the immediate vicinity are okay (trout, Cube).
Guest house is from the price-performance ratio (€70 the room) highly recommended.

The hotel is a very nice place, well located for excursions. The only drawback to this hotel is the cleaning staff. The bathroom is very poorly cleaned and on the television or the window sill mounted up the dust. This hotel was designated non-smoking hotel, but it was during the breakfast time the staff smokes in a separate room, but this is not closed, so that the smoke through the whole house can take. Maybe you could smoke outside the shift?
