front desk staff( acted surprised every time when being asked a question ,limited knowledge of English ), breakfast was always the same, internet being charged in a room, phone charged just for picking up the phone without dialling the number, being charged even if a person on another side doesn't answer the phone/answering machine turns on, extra charged for mobile dialling ; no TV channel is available in English besides sport channel and movies that could be viewed only if paid; closet with a door is not available - few shelves and space for few hangers; bed/pillows bit too soft.
