Holiday Inn Leipzig-Günthersdorf

This hotel is located near the airport Leipzig / Halle. By car you need about 10 minutes to to the airport. The hotel lies country however nearby a large shopping center. At the moment, the hotel rebuilt. After according to the staff until August 2012. Therefore the paths are a little longer and some tentative. The rooms are but reasonable and I have no noise sensed. We booked this holiday inn for a night before our flight of Leipzig to Antalya. From check-in to check-out worked without problems. The rooms are standard and equipped, everything was very clean. Large plus of the hotel: for a night, the free of charge in the hotel's own underground garage, which definitely an alternative to the parking fees at the airport. The transfer from the hotel to the airport costs about 25 euro each way and takes 20 minutes if we go from Leipzig, we the holiday inn definitely stay here again! Read more

The whole staff attention and inquire at the tourist to enjoy a pleasant stay hard. We were told on request, that phone call from the short stay even lactose free food could be ordered. Good to know! Part of the buffet was on the body (without roof) a Trabis set up. A lamp was referring to. The idea is great! At lunchtime when we arrived and by the restaurant looked nice. Both the quality and taste of the dishes I judge a good average. The hotel you can see the age not to. The room was newly renovated and very large. Nearby is a large shopping center, and a McDonalds. Other restaurants I didn't see any. During the journey I had small problems. Afterwards at the front desk I was told, that two towns were combined and I had my GPS update. A great hotel for meetings... In the middle of nature and not far from the city of Leipzig and the shopping center Nova Eventis away. Also to the beautiful sites as Merseburg, bathroom leek and hall is it not far away city. A shame, that it was no real spa area. The kitchen was excellent, the new room far beyond a 4 star standard and also the something in the years come bar-thanks to the operators, convincing charm!
