The stay hostal Portocolom was always very pleasant. On arrival we found out, that TV in the room not worked. The manager apologized and gave us a much larger and better equipped room (suite?) without extra charge. Communication was because of the bad Spanish in our opinion and the rather poor knowledge of German by of the staff not always simple. For 60 euro more on Mallorca certainly not... Not for a long time of... this is their right. In particular the to the hostel-owned restaurant is very good. All are friendly and helpful except Hostal. Read more
