Clean, very nice bathroom, breakfast selection large. We had a room facing the inner courtyard, which is conditional, that it was very quiet at night.
Clean and good size.
With English one comes through well, even if the spanish English it was hard to get used to.
A few words in spanish in bilbao not hurt, since English is far from everywhere. Restaurants are in comparison to the level of us but very expensive (main courses are soon 20 euro, well not much cheaper pizzerias you, therefor the decor is the restaurants usually very quiet).

The hotel is really very Central. Whether metro, bus, or tram. A three minute walk you can get everywhere. Good restaurants in the immediate surroundings you will find. We highly recommend the Bilbao card. The centre is to get in the theatre for example the Arriaga Antzokia. If you like drinking wine, is on a good location in Bilbao, in order to really indulge. What you shouldn't miss is, on the 'Puente Colgante' to be former. We are with the bike (free) rode there. We recommend however not! The path is clearly better reachable by metro. Als... Read more

The recommendation is only conditionally. We had for the two nights in a room on the front (street). It said it suppliers and garbage trucks with us and thought between two and five o'clock particularly active at night.HCLFHLHCLFHLThe hotel is located within walking distance to the main sights and the airport very easy to reach by public transport.
