Behind the walls a former monastery is the abbazia, an beautiful place with a lot of flair! Particularly beautiful is the former refectory, the now lobby and bar. The rooms are beautiful and functional, peaceful location. The front desk very well run, very friendly and accommodating. Free Wi-Fi-front desk! the hotel is a real gem. The interior fittings are fantastic, old, very stylish. The breakfast was more than the average Italian breakfast, really something for everyone. From the chocolate crescent over the soft egg, muesli etc... Cleanliness top. Guest Structure, Austrian, Italian, Asian small but warm and friendly furnished, to minibar, on TV. The abbazia is a three star hotel housed in a former monastery. The hallways to the rooms are therefore partly a bit winding and it is from time to time Trepp and Trepp down. we had a room with breakfast -where as usual a buffet gave which our expectations by far match( coffee, Tea, cocoa, muesli, jams, Honey, eggs, croissants and much more). There is also a comfortable Bar, as well as several Opportunities to sit to go ballistic and stay we were lucky that we booked a junior suite and it was really huge! The hotel is very convenient, train station and vaporetto station are located in the immediate vicinity and the Piazzale Roma is within a few minutes walking distance. The staff at the front desk was very polite and helpful, the Communication was quite easy in German. The size and the furniture in my standard room on the first floor was good and perfectly adequate, it could be cleaner. The room was air conditioned, but the air conditioner was too loud. The hotel is located in a quiet side street, yet close to all transport links. It has a quiet leaving, which appears to come from the from heritage. It was a lot of fun. Support probably stay there again. The real reason for the choice of this hotel, the proximity to the cruise port, was nonsense. That was much too far to walk. However, the hotel can do nothing.HCLFHLWorked well: vaporetto from the second train station investors, station 1, in order to avoid the high Stufenbrücke.
