This hotel is not worth four stars! It is badly in need of repair and a modern 4-star hotel far inferior. The staff did not handle guest complaints and disorganized. The non-smoking room, turned out to be a smoking room and received them with the desired change was a sigh, as this is a ridiculous required. The location of this hotel seems to be the only praise worthy. The station is within a ten minutes walk, from there it is about 25 minutes by metronome in Hamburg city center. Read more

The leisure activity options at this hotel were very good. But still right in the city center. The whole complex is surrounded by office and residential, so that our view of the parking space and the opposite rooms (living room and corporate) fell.
