Hotel Achilles Beach is one of the worst hotels I have ever seen within the EU. To see a similar one, you have to travel to Africa or the former Soviet Union.
Its location is good, parts of the garden are nice and the swimming pool is kept clean. The reception area is richly decorated. But otherwise the hotel is terribly mismanaged.
Most of the staff are amateurs, the furniture of the rooms is left from the 70s, the beach is unbelievably neglected, smelly and full of rubbish. The food is tolerable, but does not reach the quality and varie... Read more

A slow zerfallendes hotel which with the smallest and human resources artificial kept alive. The pool was from the 2 . Week useless ( cloudy with no German channels), TV, radio playing 20 years ago, rooms were old, old-fashioned and dirty, for children completely unsuitable, staff very unfriendly (not even a "good morning"), hotel in a fantastic location but unfortunately on the street (very loud), food mediocre canteen food, drinks weren't cooled, no juice and snacks the leftovers from the lunch incredible!!!, sad Neckermann another house o... It is buffet offered, is relatively monotonous. Breakfast was always the same, lunch or dinner little variety. TIP: adequate as a place to stay. D. H. , if you want to explore the island, if you are looking for an inexpensive place to stay and choose this hotel. A rental car is almost compulsory around the island to meet. Rental car but have stayed here in Germany or rent directly from booking, you need to pay almost twice as much. Read more

very clean rooms, perfect airconditioning, every day fresh fruit in the room and clean towels. polite service. friendly.
