... If you want that, go to Pontins and leave the Aegean View to the grown-ups. Truly fabulous hotel and the staff were as good as any high end hotel I've ever stayed in. Boat trip (10 Euros) was great - swimming in the lagoon whilst the BBQ was being prepared on the boat was magnificent. Pools wonderful - usual Brit nonsense about the water being freezing is, of course, nonsense. If you don't like it, stay out of the pools (gene as well as swimming...) :) Never been to a place where the staff are so *genuinely* attentive. Highly recommended and... Read more

The hotel was located quite ok ... A nice holiday is certainly possible, a 4 -* house it certainly not. I have already seen several 4 * -houses, even in Greece and how can you get 4 star category is beyond me. The food is very good, at least ..... The selection not so large, the room was clean ... The condition of the pools was for 4 * unacceptable. The water was very clean, so not absolutely unhygienic but the tiles you should definately go back of the lime ( or whatever that is) exempt. Spaciously laid out resort, clean rooms, daily cleaning. The structural condition for Greek standards is quite reasonable. The guest structure during our stay, 70 % Dutch, 10 % German, 10 % British, 10 % other. English is as almost everywhere the dominant language! The entertainment was sometimes a bit unprofessional, but so what. The pool area is ok. The opening hours are but a bit tight. At 6 pm is closed. My kids were very impressed. We had booked all inclusive as all guests and to our surprise was also a boat trip to a swimming island.

The hotel is as described in the catalog 3 km about Kos-city in a very peaceful location. A rental car is highly recommended. The hotel is poor signage (like all hotels) and hard to find. Some of the buildings are being refurbished, what happens very discreet and without the noise. The pool area was nice and the beach chairs thoroughly cleaned every morning. At our travel time there were mostly Dutch and English people in the hotel. There were a lot of families and young people and all nice. Towels are not included you must rent for 1.50 Eur... Read more

We had a beautiful holiday, although I would give the hotel not a 4 star, for a 3 star hotel I think it ok. The beach chairs were partly old and damaged. outside the pool are also smaller flaws. The rooms are large and very well, as well as the hotel terrace, a good view allows. Staff is very nice, speaks only English. Outside the hotel area, there was nothing, you can Kos town and the beach only by bus or car reach a presumed. We only stayed for four German the rest were Dutch, but no problem.
