Our first vacation on Mallorca and a winner. We were allowed to enjoy here hospitality, of the entire staff, pure relaxation. The rooms bright and modern equipped and, of course, always clean (guay). A second pool towel, no question. The food was great of course :-breakfast buffet something for everyone, whether sweet or hearty lunch small card with great food-every evening a three course menu or a la carte so overall the chef and his crew really enjoyed it. I had hoped gesgagt aufgrun me in all honesty the previous reviews of the hotel.
The hotel is clean and modern installed, but it lacks some necessary repairs and renovations. Liegestühlle were partly broken, windows were shattered. A modern four stars hotel should be maintained. The friendliness of the staff was rather superficial.
The breakfast buffet could have been a little larger may be.

We stayed here for the third time in this hotel.
the first day was by a computer- mistake overbooked. It was however everything perfect organized. We were immediately with the taxi in a other (more expensive) hotel and on the next day was, while we were walking, picked up our luggage. As a comparison we then got in AIMIA instead of the booked room a suite.
we had only früstück reviewer, the was very good.
special in the off-season we love this hotel, because they are Spanish proportions very good sauna has.
