In the winter, cool the studios/ Apptmts. Despite existing (Htg -) air-conditioning devices very Fast, especially over night. The particular 'Haupteingangstüren' to the studios in the village houses are not unfortunately close and with the southern door lock very uncertain ( Türkeile, from the inside for the night, take ).
