Hotel Al Canal Regio

On my confirmation and behind the hotel name in brackets (with Canal or courtyard view). The room description said. The young man at the front desk seemed very 'casual', the doors open and were immediately taken... I knew why quickly. The room none had window! The front desk is open until 18:00 occupied then there is no staff in the hotel. A/exit in the hotel then only by speaker staff the door by remote automatic opening.
