Price/performance ratio good. Very centrally located, 1 minute walk from the Rialto bridge km, 10-15 minutes to the Piazza San Marco. The rooms were a bit small and dark directly opposite building. Bathroom bright and clean. Breakfast buffet was a bit poor, but delicious croissants, either in the restaurant or in the breakfast room, where the breakfast room rather small and cramped side. Our superior room was very small, which wasn't't a problem. Unfortunately, there were no closets in the rooms. Under the bed we found a plastic bottle from the previous guest.
The biggest drawback was the bathroom, other than that, you could hardly turn around in it, it was very dirty. The mosaic missing some stones, the joints are yellow and in every corner and found hair and tons of dust!
We chose this hotel, since it was really good reviews, unfortunately I cannot agree with them. =(

Ideal location for a Venice vacation. Despite the proximity to the Rialto bridge absolute peace and quiet. Would definitely stay here again. The Andi ndung is ideal. Short footpaths to every interesting points of sightseeing. Read more

it was a wonderful stay in Venice, the rooms were clean and the front desk was always very friendly. The breakfast was good and plentiful. It was always warm croissants, rolls, ham, cheese, jam, fruit salad and cereal. As always a Fruchsaft and water you could take yourself from the small buffet.
From the outside the hotel does not have a from, but if you want to eat it is wonderful. It can only recommend to everyone. Read more
