the room of the three star hotels ( four stars would be attached) spread across different level and parts of building, the everywhere very clean and attractive. Very good location in the middle of Venice, newly renovated guest rooms with beautiful bathrooms, friendly, helpful staff. And above all: it was the best breakfast, which we have ever had in Italy, with real, not extended scrambled eggs, ham real (no press ham), great Italian salami and a very large selection of everything, you could wish for. We, 56 and 52, had the Deluxe room. Antique furniture, old ceilings painting and very quiet for Channel located. Breakfast was great, everything was fresh, cake, different rolls and bread, fruit, cereal, yogurt, eggs, sausage and cheese, coffee, tea, and juices.
