Hotel Alba Resort

We were the second time in this hotel and it was again great. The size of the area is to be mentioned with the great well-kept garden area. There are something to eat even cotton candy. Warm regards to the waiter 'French', the bar mixer 'Nouri' and the bell boy, they were so friendly. The animation team with 'Carlos', 'Ozy' and 'Olga' was found to be of the highest quality. Absolutely top: quality of the food, the a la carte restaurants, the beach, the complex in general, mini disco absolute Flops: huge crowds at the buffet both early as well as in the evening-unbearable!, in the morning there was only 1 coffee machine for 1,000 guests!, extremely bad aged lobby down, rooms have carpet and bad cleaned, and there are only three small bottles of water per day-at the bar there was water only served in plastic cups, baby chairs and tables total dirty, staff is very friendly- total unfriendly-unpredictable! We had a great two weeks in the Alba resort and look forward to a next time. Hundert % improvement. The check-in process was correct, shows and, above all, the children's entertainment was excellent or our daughter. With a warm welcome and much pleased that you took care of the children, all had a lot of fun and the kids were behind the entertainment team afterwards. Relaxing Beach Holiday. Hotel consisted of several houses in a very nice, well-kept garden area, two sparkling pools (an active pool with slides, a quiet pool) and direct access to the flat, sandy beach. Enough beach chairs on the beach and at the pools, beach bar with wonderful views over the beach and ocean. We were for the second time in the alba and it was like the last time very warm and friendly. Also it was everywhere and no matter what time clean. But unfortunately it must be said, is that the standard unfortunately no longer complies with five stars hotel.
