A family owned and run resort hotel that offers quality standards in combination with traditional cretan hospitality and a friendly atmosphere. During their stay guests can simply relax by the swimming pools or indulge themselves at the Euphoria wellness spa. In the evening guests can take a short walk till the picturesque villages of Koutouloufari, Piskopiano and old Hersonissos or for more action, they could also visit the town's famous bars and night-clubs just a few hundred metres away. Conveniently located in the centre of the island of Crete, the hotel provides easy access to the most important sights of the island, including the Minoan palaces of Knossos and Festos, the plateau of Lassithi and the picturesque towns of Agios Nikolaos and Elounda. Bus-stop is 350 meters away and free public parking is available nearby. The Hotel is mostly recommended for couples and families with children.

The hotel complex is very nice -You should however ensure that A room in the new part of, which was only in the year 2008/2009 built and therefore more modern is. We had a room in the new part and were very satisfied so that. We had the half board, which absolutely sufficient is. If you in between Hunger had, you could to the nearby located supermarket or you could use the hotel bar to order food. on arrival you wanted us to the waiters in the old building. The room was very dark
and very poor condition, before small balcony with 2 m high wall. We refused and then opposite in the small hotel. Room was OK. But TV with only 1 program. After 1 week should
we move in the new part. Has of course not worked. We had the feeling in the new building no German!

Something positive to say: the rooms are very clean, there's really nothing to moan about.
One has however a room in the old building, so you can get almost claustrophobic! we had a room to the street and as it was constantly noisy at night( noise from the street of quads!)
In the old building awful (due to the size) town center no safe, although there is also here in the catalog promised.
