everything was fine. The rooms were completely Okay, the breakfast was delicious. There was actually everything which one for breakfast needs: such as sausage, cheese, jam, cereals, yogurt, and juices.
If the weather permits you can have breakfast in the idyllic garden.
To the beach (not the best, but to go for a stroll very interesting) are 50m and dock to Venice ten minutes walk.

Very good Location: a few steps to the beach, about a 15 minute walk or five minutes by bus to the vaporetto station.. Quaint quiet, green surroundings. Restourans, cafes, bars, large supermarket nearby.
Friendly staff, our complaint (the shower was out of order and the safe was not working) were immediately and fixed everything. The room was big enough and spacious equipped but unfortunately no balcony. Ideal cleanliness, no odors, enough towels, soap and showering. Schampoos tv:we hardly used as only Italian program.
