We had booked the hotel for a short stay on Easter. Positively to mention is the siutation right in the center and right on the beach. Negatif are the rooms, we had about 5qm available. You could barely sit on the toilet because the bathroom was so narrow. The view was just on a lead where the air conditioners were fixed. At night when we wanted to sleep we heard five rooms at the same time the ceiling above us was estimated 3 centimeter thick . You can hear every step and you wake up every 30minutes. The hotel had booked a night a 40 euro including breakfast, at short notice because I had to spend a night in Oostenede. Located in the pedestrian area near Kursaal and beach. Unfortunately, there was in the alley just construction, and has hindered the access a bit. Train station in about ten minutes walk reachable. Room is small, dirty and unkept. The bed was dirty, mildew in the shower. All together, the curtains were falling off the window, the Windows didn't close. The breakfast was also very basic, and the quality of the service was not in sight. Read more

There are many things I didn't like: (1) check-in is only between 3pm and 6pm, (2) the reception was completely unable to deal with all the guests trying to check-in at 3pm, so we had to wait for 2 hours, (3) the room was tiny, (4) the room's window was pointing into a areation shaft, (5) and there was no sunlight in the room.
