We are staying here now, I strongly recommend this hotel for a vacation at the sea. Very friendly and nice personnel, animators from Italy who are really nice, a lot of fun with children and with adults as well, very nice rooms, great service, nice food , when the maitre d' hotel saw that I did not eat meat, he came up and asked me if I am a vegetarian or want to have some special menu. beautiful hotel with great buildings (all in different details built) and beautiful environment.
we had all inclusive and we were very happy with our stay.
the staff were always very friendly ( small exceptions there are always) and helpful (no exceptions!).
the area was clean and in good condition (never the toes of loose garden plates chipped).
we had actually normal A double room with an extra bed. But since in the low season not much going on, we had no extra charge a kind of suites, 2 bedrooms with 2 beds.

We (grandma, Grandpa and granddaughter) were now already for the fourth time in the Cretan village, but for the first time at the beginning of October. Our granddaughter learned here, a few years ago, swimming. The difference to our former times of vacation was, that the number was lower, but service, dining, entertainment and so on was consistent, the staff was always friendly and helpful, language problems do not exist here! We have stayed here for the second time and felt comfortable with our two children very. Our room consisted of bathroom, a small corridor, two bedrooms and a terrace and was found nearby and children's pools. Toys for the children is available. Beach chairs and umbrellas on the beach and at the pools were free of charge and sufficiently available. We found, that you rent beach towels free of charge and could change if necessary.
