Very extensive introduction at the check-in with suggestions and excursion destinations. The kitchen was very flexible with the food: specially desires of the guests were taken into account (cheese-free menus and so on), the kids could freely choose the food in the morning, which also were cooked. Older building, standard rooms very small and simply furnished, bath/shower newly renovated but small. Large lounge with Sitlmöbeln pleasant and decorated. Breakfast OK, the room at high occupancy rather crowded and noisy. So it is not a part of the restaurant used? Menu makes a good impression, prices in the upscale segment, quality could not be evaluated, because we had half board only after three days possible. Bath, sauna and gym in the basement available, but not much to do with spa. Price/performance ratio as a whole is not true. Read more

We found the food and wine experience to be excellent. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel had a very good atmosphere and we felt very relaxed there. Neither was it the sort of hearty fare some of the many walkers staying at the hotel might have preferred - we certainly considered eating elsewhere because of the, at times, pretentious food and slow service. - in June 10
