From the moment you walk in the the door, the efficiency and friendliness of the staff is outstanding.

But the main thing to recommend this hotel was undoubtedly the staff, who provided advice on anything we asked, from local buses to decent cocktail bars, and all their recommendations were spot-on. They were all so welcoming, friendly and helpful, that I felt almost as if I was staying as the guest of friends, rather than a paying customer.

When we arrived they had forgotten to pick us up at the airport (that's fine sometimes happens), got to the mini hotel in the historic area, small friendly staff got us situated, we requested a 2 bed room, and this might of been the reason we were unhappy with our room, but it was just uncomfortable, you are staying in a historic proprety but there are many others with the common more recent amenities, and at the price they charged us we definitely didn't get value from this place.
