Small room, for 2 people straight times sufficiently. Unfortunately almost no possibilities to counter, for suitcase, Jackets and so on no desk available. Room and bathroom were clean, it was the bed linen a bit worn and the bathroom heating on level 2 made a deafening noise. The designated restaurant, is unfortunately only for breakfast, which was average. Nearby a Chinese restaurant: golden Dragon, but definitely not the best. ... super friendly and very helpful. All requests as for example a additional pillows were immediately fulfilled. For me even extra laktosefreier milk purchased every morning and brought to the table. The room will every day more than thorough clean, even the bathroom floor was daily wet mopped. We stayed in the hotels with more stars have often seen differently. The only small point of criticism we have, unfortunately, there was no wardrobe. ... Pea, it was not, but for our taste very hard mattresses, but also there are people who like that. Otherwise there are only positive things to say about it. A good city nearby hotel. Underground station Hamburgers street in about 5 minutes on foot to reach. 5 stops to main station all inclusive says: coffee, tea or a glass of water are all day free of charge in the lobby to read. Furthermore in the room Wi-Fi calls to landlines and free of charge. Breakfast with coffee maker, but the better facilities (bean).

I was at the second time in this hotel in Hamburg I have to say-despite (or because of?) its 2 stars it does not back other (putative better) Alex. I was in four star hotels in the Hanseatic city, the less comfort and overall much less friendliness offered!
it started with the check in I was already in the morning at 9:00 o'clock (!) in the hotel, actually with the intention, once only the case, since I not counted, at this time already to get a room-but it was quite the opposite. my first time in ' seasons' of the Accor group! For 77 euros you can nothing go wrong to try it. Parking spaces due to various supermarkets sufficient free of charge available. Both the hotel's transportation connections and the 'dining room' remind rather of a hostel... But a very decent! Rooms and functional equipped. Everything was clean!
