No assistance whatsoever during the night, not even a taxi thelephone number or SOS or door answering.
Having been sick enough to get a calming injection at 4 o'clock in the night the absence of any, repeat any, help has been very annoying. Additionally there has been no real effort to soothe this mishappening. Read more

Very comfortable, lots of character, extremely clean and everything worked perfectly.
Large light and airy bathroom with shower and bath, comfortable bed and sofa, breathtaking view of Matterhorn from balcony. Extremely clean, staff discrete.
Fabulous service from all staff, very warm welcome, we could choose to speak in German, English or French. Many little thoughtful details (welcome and goodbye letter in room) / free afternoon tea which made it such a pleasure to stay in.

We have enjoyed the stay in this wonderful Hotel.
Our room with view matter horn on the fifth floor was of the highest quality, the bathroom with the large skylight very bright and friendly.
Lovely, lovely to wake up in the morning from the bed and the view of the Matterhorn to enjoy!
